If you are exploring cycling for weight loss at all I highly recommend the book below.
http://www.amazon.com/Heft-Wheels-Field-Guide-Doing/dp/1400052408
The author is an English Prof/and now columnist for Bicycling magazine. The front cover is captivating, but the back cover even more so (classic "before and after") Anyway, I love cycling and it gets you fit, fast--and is easy on the joints. Happy riding!

Yesterday was sooooo warm, and great day for a bike ride. i heat up quickly and was regreting wearing a base layer.

If you are exploring cycling for weight loss at all I highly recommend the book below.

<a

BTW, caught you over at FatBloggers. Look forward to reading more of your stuff over there. And here, too...I'll get you in my reader.

Nice!
