    No doubt. Weight Watchers was good for me for 50 pounds, though I don’t go anymore (and I have 25 to go). So give it a try. It worked best for me when I had a friend who went and we sat in the back and could comment back and forth. It is geared towards middle aged women, so if you say something like, “My favorite 5 point snack is a beer and a pickled egg”, you are gonna get some weird looks. Try it.
