Weigh-in Week 40 & 41 and New Weekly Goals
I have decided that I am going to set mini goals for myself weekly. They might seem small but they are focused to keep me on track. When I look and see that I have only lost 4.6 lbs in 41 weeks it makes me kinda sad. (that figure of 4.6 might not be completely accurate, when I started weight watchers I started weighting in on a new scale with clothing on. I have lost 10.2 since starting weight watchers.) At least the scale is moving in the right direction… I will update goals listed in this post as I complete them.
Week 40
Start Weight: 298 lbs
Current Weight: 294.8 lbs
Weeks Change: +4.4 lbs
Last Weight: 290.4 lbs
Total Change: -3.2 lbs
Week 41
Start Weight: 298 lbs
Current Weight: 293.4 lbs
Weeks Change: -1.4 lbs
Last Weight: 294.8 lbs
Total Change: -4.6 lbs
Goals for week 42:
Track my points for at least 3 FULL days
Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
Hike one time this week
Ride my bike to work 2 days
Day 1
Day 2
