The shoulder harness is comfortable and adjustable, and the stretchy sternum straps help to distribute the weight evenly. The zippered pockets are great for storing small items, and the huge side pockets are perfect for storing water bottles or snacks. The roll-top closure keeps everything securely in place, and the backpack is made from a durable material that will withstand years of use.

There are a few downsides to the Arc’teryx Aerios 45, however. The limited sizing may not be suitable for everyone, and the lack of compression straps can make it difficult to keep the backpack from bouncing around. This makes the pack durable and able to withstand a lot of wear and tear. The pack is also highly breathable, thanks to the AeroForm back panel. This enhances carrying comfort and prevents the pack from bulging and pressing on your spine. The shoulder harness is also breathable and includes two zippered pockets to accommodate your own soft flasks (not included).
The hipbelt is padded and breathable. It has two zippered pockets for convenient storage. The main compartment of the Arc’teryx Aerios 45 is spacious and top-loading, making it easy to access your items. Multiple external pockets are easily accessible, including a front pocket for quick-access items, two stretch-mesh pockets, and two side-access zippered pockets. There is also an internal security pocket with a key clip to help you stay organized. A clip keeps your hydration reservoir secure inside the main compartment (reservoir not included). The webbing daisy chain and bungee cord compression system allow you to attach extra gear to the outside of your pack.

Arc’teryx Aerios 45 is a lightweight and comfortable backpack that is perfect for day hikes or ultralight backpacking. It has a body-hugging suspension system that keeps the weight close to your body and provides good support and comfort. The backpack has convenient on-the-go access to all of your gear, and the 45-liter capacity is perfect for fast packers or those who want to keep their load light. However, the backpack is not suitable for larger loads or unsupported thru-hikes.
